Wood pulp is the raw material used in papermaking and the major source for paper bags.

Paper bags are manufactured from paper pulp, which is pressed into flat sheets or rolls of paper.

These rolls of paper are cut to size, that means twice the required height of the finished bag.

Print the paper sheets. After printing varnish, embossing, foil stamping, spot UV or eyelet is made if needed.

These cut sheets are then folded over and the two parallel open sides glued together with handles.
